Whether through a six-day IGCSE placement or a more extended IB internship spanning multiple weeks and phases, the program emphasizes experiential learning as a key component of student growth.

Students are placed in a variety of industries, ranging from healthcare and hospitality to media, education, and corporate sectors. Partner organizations have included well-known companies such as PLN, Ekles Clinic, Prasetya Mulya, and Damai Indah Golf, among others. Through these placements, students gain exposure to different career pathways while understanding workplace expectations and culture.

During the internship, students engage directly in their assigned companies, gaining firsthand experience in professional environments. This structured experience challenges them to adapt, communicate effectively with colleagues, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
